Me he despertado con una crisis de v\u00e9rtigo. El mundo se mueve y oscila como si estuviera tumbada sobre agua. Un estornudo repentino levanta un oleaje mareante que me provoca n\u00e1useas &#x1f92e;<\/p>\n<p>Voy al ba\u00f1o con esfuerzo, las paredes parecen fluctuar. Me siento en la baza y apoyo la frente en los azulejos, pero no se calma la marejadilla. Controlo una arcada y espero que las falsas sensaciones marineras no se conviertan en borrasca.<\/p>\n<p>Escribo un WhatsApp en el que renuncio a ir al trabajo. Al menos de momento. Tomo una medicaci\u00f3n de otra crisis de hace a\u00f1os.
